This is a translation for convenience. If there is any difference between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version prevails.
Andrea Sita Digital Services ("we") handles the personal information of users of the noibi smartphone app ("the App"), provided under the AS Studio brand, as described below and in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and other applicable laws.
Shared household content: events (time, place, notes, participants), shopping items (name, quantity, category, store, assignee), quests and their completion, experience points and levels, and the decoration chosen for your household room
The area you set for the weather card (place name, latitude/longitude, time zone)

If we offer optional in-app purchases in the future and you make one: product ID, transaction ID, purchase date and environment (test/production). Card and payment details are handled by Apple and never reach us.
Technical information generated when the App and its service providers operate and protect the service (IP address, access times, sign-in history, error information)
The App does not access your device location (GPS), contacts, photos, or calendars from other apps.

4Sharing within your household
noibi is built for sharing between members of the same household. Events, shopping items, quests, display names, avatars and levels you add to a household are visible to its other members. You decide who joins by giving them an invite code. Please avoid entering sensitive information that does not need to be shared.

When you search for or set an area for the weather card, the place name you type or the area's coordinates are sent to the weather and geocoding service Open-Meteo (Europe). Only if Open-Meteo finds no match, the place name you typed is also sent to Nominatim, the OpenStreetMap Foundation's geocoding service (United Kingdom). In either case your email, display name and household content are not sent.
6Handling outside Japan
Some information is handled by providers located outside Japan, such as in the United States. Information on each country's data protection system is published by Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission. We select and supervise service providers as required by the APPI and other applicable laws.
7Disclosure to third parties
Except where required by law, we do not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent. We never sell personal information.
8Advertising and tracking
The current App shows no ads and includes no advertising SDKs or behavioural analytics tools. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. If this changes, we will update this policy first and ask for any required consent.
9Retention and deletion
Deleting your account: you can delete your account at any time from the "アカウント" (Account) tab of your profile screen, via "アカウントを削除" (Delete account). This removes your sign-in information (including your email), profile, notifications, push tokens and experience-point records.
Content shared with a household: because it is also part of the other members' shared record, it stays in the household as anonymous history, no longer linked to you.
Leaving a household: when the last member leaves, the household and its content are treated as deleted and are no longer shown to anyone.
Deleted records: deleted records may remain in the system only for the scope and period needed for device sync, service security or legal obligations. When they are no longer needed, they are deleted without undue delay or made non-identifiable. Contact us about an individual erasure request.
Purchase records: if we offer optional in-app purchases in the future and you make one, its record is kept after account deletion for the period required by accounting and tax law.
Backups: if deleted information remains in a backup, it is removed through the normal backup rotation unless needed for recovery or legal compliance.
10Security
We protect personal information with encrypted connections (TLS), row-level access control in the database (Row Level Security), household membership checks, strict management of administrative keys and credentials, and least-privilege access. No method is completely secure; if a breach occurs, we will respond promptly as required by law.
11Your rights
You may ask us to notify you of the purpose of use, disclose, correct, add to or delete, stop using or erase your retained personal data, stop providing it to third parties, or disclose records of third-party provision. After confirming your identity, we will respond without delay as required by law. Email us at the address below. There is no fee.
12Minors
The App is not designed for children. Minors should use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or in the App. We will announce significant changes on this page or in the App. Changes take effect when published on this page.
